How to Play
Place Your Wager
Pick how many honey points you want to put down. You've got chips in 10, 25, 50, and 100. No real money — just bragging rights.
Get Your Cards
You and the dealer each get two cards. Yours are face up. The dealer keeps one hidden. Try to get closer to 21 than the dealer does.
Hit, Stand, or Double
Ask for another card, hold what you've got, or double down if you're feeling confident. Go over 21 and you're out.
Beat the Dealer
Dealer plays after you. If your hand is higher without busting, you take the pot. Blackjack pays 1.5x. Simple as that.
Who We Are
A couple of Game of Thrones fans who spent too many evenings talking about what the show would look like if every character was an insect. One thing led to another, and now there's a whole card game built around a bee kingdom. It's free, it's themed, and nobody takes it too seriously.

Lead Architect
Hive Builder / DevWrote the game engine and still can't stop tweaking the card shuffle algorithm. Prefers drones over queens — says they're "underappreciated."

Creative Lead
Queen's Hand / DesignDesigned the visual style and the entire bee court theme. Her cards never seem to lose, which is suspicious, but nobody can prove it.
What You Get
Blackjack vs Bots
Play against one or two AI opponents at the same table. They've got their own strategies and they don't go easy on you.
Honey Points System
Start with a stack of virtual points. Win hands to grow it, lose to shrink it. No real money involved — just a scoreboard.
Flexible Wagers
Four chip values to pick from before each hand. Go conservative or swing big. Reset anytime you want a fresh start.
Win / Loss Tracker
The game keeps count of your wins, losses, and pushes. No hiding from your record — it's right there at the top.

Why Bees? Why Thrones?
Bees already have queens, workers, drones, and guards — the political hierarchy was sitting right there in nature. We just gave them a card table and let the drama unfold. The Game of Thrones angle came naturally: rival factions, loyalty tests, power plays. Except here, the stakes are honey points and the throne is made of wax.

Picked it up because the bee theme made me laugh. Stayed because the blackjack is actually solid. I like that you can play against two bots at once — keeps things unpredictable.
Simple enough to play during lunch. The GoT insect thing is a weird concept but it works. Four stars because I want more chip options, but honestly that's a minor gripe.
My friend sent me this as a joke and I've been on it every evening since. The point tracker is addictive — I'm trying to break my high score before the week's out.
From the Sketchbook
Before any code got written, the whole thing was scratched out on paper. Here's some of what we came up with while figuring out how to make bees look like they're running a kingdom.

Questions We Get
Does this involve real money?
No. Not even a little. The game uses virtual honey points that can't be bought, sold, or converted into anything. It's a free card game with a scoreboard — that's the whole deal.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes — it runs in your browser. Desktop, tablet, phone, whatever you've got. No app download. Works best on screens wider than a matchbox, but we've seen people manage on small ones too.
How long is a round?
A single hand takes under a minute. You can play one quick round or sit there for an hour — totally up to you. The game doesn't pressure you either way.
Why 18+ if it's free?
The game has wagering mechanics with virtual points. Even though no real money is involved, we think players should be old enough to engage with that kind of thing responsibly.
